Packages are generally dispatched within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment and are subject to signature. If you are absent when our carrier arrives, or if you would like your parcel to be left with another person (florist, chemist, etc.), please let us know when you place your order. For deliveries outside mainland France, please contact us.
